Overview

DoneLoop is a personal habit and task manager built by PinkLabs. We believe your personal data should stay personal. DoneLoop is designed with privacy as a core principle — not an afterthought.

Data We Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. Specifically:

No analytics or tracking
No advertisements or ad networks
No user accounts or sign-ups
No server-side data storage
No third-party data sharing

Data Storage

All your habit and task data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. When iCloud is available, DoneLoop syncs data through your personal iCloud account via CloudKit. We never have access to your data — it flows directly between your device and Apple's servers.

iCloud Sync

DoneLoop uses iCloud automatically when your device and Apple ID support it:

Data is synced through your Apple ID using CloudKit
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple
We have no access to your synced data
You can manage iCloud app data from iOS Settings

Notifications

DoneLoop sends local notifications for habit reminders only. These are processed entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to any server.

Widgets

Home screen widgets display your habit data using App Groups. Widget data is shared between the main app and the widget extension on your device only. No data leaves your device through widgets.

Children's Privacy

DoneLoop does not knowingly collect data from children. Since we collect no data at all, DoneLoop is safe for users of all ages.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device and in your iCloud account, you can delete all your data at any time by:

Deleting the app from your device
Managing iCloud data in your device Settings

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of DoneLoop after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
